I have visited twice. The first time was a quick trip with a friend and we played a few games I was familiar with to pass an hour. The second time was with my partner, and we wanted to try something new. We selected three games, and the staff was not able to help us AT ALL with the rules, set up, or... Read more

I have visited twice. The first time was a quick trip with a friend and we played a few games I was familiar with to pass an hour. The second time was with my partner, and we wanted to try something new. We selected three games, and the staff was not able to help us AT ALL with the rules, set up, or anything. We are a bilingual couple (Eng & Japanese) so communication wasn’t the issue. We spent, and paid for, an hour on and didn’t play anything because the staff didn’t know their games. We ended up playing something we have at home so that it wasn’t a complete waste… but we could have played that at home for free. They do have a great selection of games. Show less
