A great sports bar - fun place that does not cater specifically for college students - could add more food but the free pool tables and many TV screens gives everyone a game to watch

Less of a “sports bar” and more of a college basketball bar. Walked in hoping to watch the rams panthers playoff game, and instead they had all but two TVs turned to a midseason college basketball game and the game audio on for the basketball game. Which to be fair, most of the people there seemed to be watching the bball game, so if that’s your thing this is your place. Even once the current college game was over they turned the TVs to a different college basketball game and played music over the speakers instead of the NFL game audio. So we definitely wouldn’t go back for a football game. Seemed like a cool spot to hang otherwise though, a few bar games to play. Green chile chicken sliders surprisingly lacked any flavor, just tasted like bun. Show less

Went on opening day, and I will be back often. Worth the 2-hour drive from Phoenix. The space is massive, like the LED wall above the bar. Was stoked to see Liverpool FC match showing when we walked in! College bowl games were on big screens everywhere. Excellent spot to watch football ⚽️ and football 🏉 Oh, and they have two brand new billiards tables, darts, and the ring game (my personal favorite). The staff are on point—friendly, attentive, and pretty damn cool! Ronnie and Christian (owners) are the absolute best hosts. They stopped by our table several times to make sure we had everything we needed. 6/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Show less

We visited The Board Room grand opening and were thoroughly impressed. The second-story space is an ideal spot for drinks and watching a game. We’ll definitely be back!

Went to the grand opening to check it out. They really did a nice job with the space. Very open and light, not dark and dingy like so many sports bars. Staff was friendly and responsive. Our group ran up quite a tab as we were there all day, but we were pleasantly surprised by the lower-than-expected total. They had a couple people going around giving out free shots and whiskey tastings, so we got a decent number of free drinks as well. Had the carnitas tacos which were excellent, but my understanding is that they won’t normally have these as the food option. The central TV is absolutely massive. Will be a great spot for watching games and just hanging out. Show less
