6 years agoThe Lodge is a nice retreat from the confinness of Middletown's rooms, so it's a fine place to hang out. But drinks during Happy Hour (5-7pm) are NOT free. The only ice machine is downstairs.

3 years agoThis place is a small relaxing spot with indoor and outdoor seating. There is a small bar serving mixed drinks and beers. Apparently there is live music some nights like Mondays and a complimentary cheese plate, do ask the bartender for exact times. There are board games too!

3 years agoThe Lodge at the Inn at Middleton Place is a great place to enjoy happy hour or a night cap. Lucas provides excellent service at the bar. The setting is absolutely relaxing. Cheers.

2 years agoThe space itself is beautiful. It offers a place to escape to if you would like to enjoy something else beside your room. There's games downstairs and a chess board upstairs. It feels homey. I had to take away two stars for our ordered ham and cheese sandwich. It was terrible! The salad welted , par... Read more
The space itself is beautiful. It offers a place to escape to if you would like to enjoy something else beside your room. There's games downstairs and a chess board upstairs. It feels homey. I had to take away two stars for our ordered ham and cheese sandwich. It was terrible! The salad welted , partially black and shriveled. The sandwich was stored in a plastic container and was already wet and soggy. It was supposed to come on sourdough bread, but it was a toast with caraway seeds. The ham was dried up and partially grey (yuck!!!) There was no sauce on the sandwich, and it was very clear that it was NOT fresh made. I would NOT recommend to get a sandwich there. It was just disgusting and costed 11$ Show less
