The people - both staff and customers - are friendly, there's a huge selection of games here, and everything is neat and well organized. The store also holds events almost everyday of the week for certain games so that its never boring there. Great store. Was a fan when they were located in Matthews. New store in Mint Hill is just as great. Very helpful staff member was able to guide me towards a handful of games that my boys would like after describing the current games they play. Open boxes of many of the games that are sold are available for customers to try before they buy on one of their many large game tables. That staff member also took the time to help set up the game and walk through the rules with us. Store has a much larger variety than other stores in the area like Fodder Cannon Games. Show less

Very helpful staff member was able to guide me towards a handful of games that my boys would like after describing the current games they play. Open boxes of many of the games that are sold are available for customers to try before they buy on one of their many large game tables. And now in their new location they have private game rooms in addition to the open tables in the main part of the store. And the owners and employees are always friendly and helpful, and know their stuff. Finally, the variety of genres and total games is impressive. The staff are super helpful and great and if they don't have a game they can order it quick. The prices always seem to be about what you'd pay off Amazon or Walmart so support local! Everyday of the week almost has an event, from miniture painting, to Magic the Gathering night, to D&D adventure clubs. I go out of my way to support this business on their quest to serve the community. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and never short of a recommendation for a game. Not because it is cheaper, the prices are fair, but because of what they are trying to do for the community. We were greeted when we walked in and the employee even offered to make recommendations even though he was in the middle of teaching a group how to play something. Pretty friendly and there seemed to be lots of room for events etc. The rewards program seems very generous - $5 store credit for every $100 spent basically. Love that you can rent games! Show less

I had been calling all over Charlotte to find their stuff so I was amazed to walk in and just see dozens of pathfinder 2e books already stocked up. Plus it sounds like they have a good amount of interest for in person play. They also helped me special order several more niche books that I thought I would have no chance getting locally.
