My twin girls celebrated their 13th birthday at Active Games Now recently, with 15 of their friends. They had an amazing time and all their friends loved it. Super fun for all ages! We got the Gold Package which included 3 games and a party room. The facilities are spacious and very clean. Everything was very well organized, the staff were amazing and very attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. The printed individual mission debrief scorecards were a fun added touch. The party rooms were the best I’ve ever seen for children’s birthday parties with ample room, a mini fridge, tv’s to watch them to play in the arena and really high ceilings so it didn’t feel closed in at all. When we got there the person told me only 20 people. They did not have enough cutlery or plates. Second, they close at 8. We booked from 6-8. They rushed us out and were very rude the entire time. I originally asked for 5:30-7:30. They told me from 6-8. Meanwhile when we got here there was nothing else happening. Then at 6:30 the guy says our first game should have been 15 minutes ago. How would we know this? you never told us. Then if you wanted to leave at 8 your last party should be until 7:30. You can’t have a party booked and then expect everyone out at 8. The attitude was the worst there is a correct and polite way to conduct your business. Will never recommend or come back. Planet laser in Oakville is way better Show less

The kids all received certificates for their rankings and the games are staggered in between lunch, cake and presents which made for a seamless experience! Enjoyed my son's birthday party at Active Games Now. There are 2 rooms for private birthday parties. We were in the smaller room. In the room there was an electrical outlet, a small fridge & 2 tables to place food/gifts. There were 2 large circular tables for the kids. They provide the paper plates, napkins, and table cloths, which is amazing. The kids played a game, came back for snacks, played a game, came back for pizza, played a game, came back for cake & and played a final game. The timing was awesome. The kids loved that after each game, they received a personal score card with their stats. That kept them a bit busy between games. There was one screen on in the party room to watch the kids play but you really couldn't see anything meaningful. Had a great time. My son did fall on his first round (pretty hard) and spoke to a few other people who have been who have also fallen in the same spot. That's the only thing I would look into. Overall, great price, great place. A welcome addition to the neighbourhood! Show less
