Fantasy Sphere has long been one of my go-to shops in France. I've ordered from them many times, spending several hundred euros, whether on their website, their Cardmarket, or directly in their store. But recently, there's been a lot of negligence and carelessness, and I've received many orders with defective cards, forcing me to contact them to report the problem and request partial compensation. Usually, we were always able to reach an understanding and resolve the issue amicably, which maintained my confidence and allowed me to order again. Except for the last order... This time, one of the cards arrived with a bent corner, and instead of apologizing and being understanding, they made a fuss about refunding me half the price (€10...), €10 I never received... This experience was extremely disappointing for me (as a regular customer), because the error/defect was made internally and then not fixed... It gives a bad impression of a shop that is otherwise otherwise reputable... but on principle, I'm not about to order anything from them again, oh well... Show less

Fantasy Sphere has long been one of my go-to shops in France. I've ordered from them many times, spending several hundred euros, whether on their website, their Cardmarket, or directly in their store. But recently, there's been a lot of negligence and carelessness, and I've received many orders with defective cards, forcing me to contact them to report the problem and request partial compensation. Usually, nothing to complain about. I ordered two Lorcana chap1 displays. They only delivered one, even though the order form stated two. They did send me the missing display. However, thinking about it now, the first display I received was unsealed at the bottom, whereas usually, there's nothing to complain about, the product is always impeccable. Knowing that the boosters are weighable, I have my doubts. Obviously, I'm not thrilled with the display. I didn't check all the booster codes because I only found out later. I'm not necessarily accusing anyone, but I think there may have been some deviations during the Lorcana release. I'll never know :) Apart from this case, nothing to complain about, generally it's perfect. Edit February 2025. Really disappointed with this shipment costing over €600. No protection for each item, no bubble wrap. Just nested in a box that the carrier mistreated on all four corners. For collectible items, it's really disappointing. Previous individual purchases were well protected. But for a group purchase, the protection isn't adequate for the weight of the package. Really disappointed. Well, I'm giving it another star because I'm so annoyed :). On the other hand, it's unfortunate not to have a one-piece dash pack for over €1,000 worth of one-pieces purchased across all orders, when I've had one elsewhere for a single display :/ Show less

What an AMAZING store - so many TCG products and the staff there are so friendly and welcoming! Went with my three boys and we spent a few hours looking through their many many binders of Pokemon and One piece cards - honestly, the best day ever! The cards are very decently priced and we would happily go back there again if we had the chance - we live in London so we will have to plan the next trip back to Toulouse. One of the staff members kindly gave my youngest a Pokemon pin and Lucario figure - so unexpected but it really made my little one so happy! Went with my three boys and we spent a few hours looking through their many many binders of Pokemon and One piece cards - honestly, the best day ever!
