Decent amount of games. Overpriced. However, would have bought some games if the people there knew what they had. Needed a game for 8 people to play at once. The guy said that they really don't do that. Also, it smelled like B.O. I was hoping for better after seeing the other reviews.

She manages to have a detailed answer to literally every question I come up with about Magic and still somehow has never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions. This is my forever game shop! Fantastic store with a great selection of board games, models, paints, and pretty much anything else you could want from a game/hobby store. Staff are helpful and the overall environment is welcoming. The owner (at least I think he's the owner) is super friendly. I've run Dungeons and Dragons and Warhammer 40k at the store in the past. They offer more than enough tablespace and have a good amount of terrain for public use. If you've got a group that needs a meeting place with a large table, this is a great spot that won't disappoint. Their prices are more than reasonable, and the store offers occasional sales and a rewards system that often lets you bag items for surprisingly cheap. The following is in no way a critique of the store, just an observation. I've found this location isn't necessarily the best for new hobbyists to get into a game/community. Most players you'll find here on the day-to-day have their "in-groups." If you're someone like me who doesn't know anyone locally that engages in a hobby like DnD, 40k, etc., you may have a hard time finding a group here. They do have a Facebook and Discord, but they're not very active, and, again, most people tend to stick to others they know from outside those platforms. There are exceptions to this, of course. It would be nice to see the store host a few more events catered to game/hobby newcomers. Low stakes events that encourage people to network and grow the community. For example, 40k tournaments are great, but they tend to attract "meta-chasers" and people more focused on winning rather than just enjoying the game and helping newcomers learn how to play. This type of thing is not going to attract new players. Again, not a criticism, just an observation with recommendation. All that said, 10/10. 100% chance I will return to buy more plastic crack. Really cool store with a great selection. Went in seeking pokemon and was not disappointed. It seems as though they had most any and every game you could imagine. Board games, card games, role playing games... You name it! The place is split in two. One side has all the inventory and the other side is absolutely full from one side to the other with tables and chairs. Ready to host tournaments of all kinds most likely. Lots of people there of all age categories. Show less
