2 months agoMy boyfriend and I just visited and we had such a great time, the employees were so nice and helped us set up everything since it was our first time, they even let us play a little longer and overall made the experience so fun. Definitely coming back!

If you're traveling into San Diego and would like to offer your kids or yourself a break from bars, beaches, museums and shopping - come hang out at the Geeky Lounge for an evening. We are not locals to the Geeky Lounge. We were on a long-weekend break, our first in a while. After a few museums and sights, our geeky brains really just want to grab a snack, a cold drink and have some play time. We were so comfortable in the Lounge from the moment we arrived. It was spotlessly clean, organized, everything worked and the vibe was very mellow in the afternoons and ramped up only slightly in the evening. The Lounge has a range of snacks, and treats and a great supporting system to manage it all. No flimflam, no upsells, no stress. Just relax and game. They know the business and are super accommodating and if they were in ANY OTHER MODEL the place would be printing money. Instead they see the business in the Lounge as a service to the community, whether that be students, kids, families, military or tourists like us. Scott, the owner says this is a passion project and a service he'd like to expand on. The best way we can make that happen is to support and shop at the lounge. We bought a week pass and spent quite a bit of our vacation downtime at the Lounge. We came home rested and relaxed, and my son had a nice Friday night hanging out with friends online - like usual. We are not locals to the Geeky Lounge. We were on a long-weekend break, our first in a while. 3 months agoGreat experience. Cozy setup. Employees were super accommodating with games that weren’t currently on their list. We hosted 8 people here and everyone had an awesome time. Would recommend this place to anyone.

5 months agoTop notch!! Traveling around without my computer and needed to send some files across the Atlantic from my hard drive. I found this little spot with friendly people, fast internet, and if I was still a gamer, pretty nice set ups!! Thank you!
