First of all, let's just say the concept of Glowtown mini putt was very intriguing and kudos to the developer for its design and layout. The glow in dark landmarks of Canada were very very cool and the vibrant neon colors were amazing. In saying that, I found the course pretty unforgiving. How so? There was no bounce off the walls and balls would often get stuck along the edges and corners. Secondly, the greens were uncharacteristically slow for a miniputt course in my opinion. This combined with the unforgiving walls made the course borderline annoying. As for the arcade section, we really enjoyed the air hockey, arcade bowling games and hoops.The customer service was good and we also took advantage of the Black Friday special on mini golf which was an added bonus and much appreciated. Overall a great experience and looking forward to returning someday soon. Show less

First of all, let's just say the concept of Glowtown mini putt was very intriguing and kudos to the developer for its design and layout. The glow in dark landmarks of Canada were very very cool and the vibrant neon colors were amazing. In saying that, I found the course pretty unforgiving. How so? Disappointed by the attitude—not the activity We visited Glow Town on a Friday with our two kids (ages 4 and 6), who were playing mini golf with their aunt and uncle. The place was nearly empty—we saw maybe three other participants—and the kids were simply enjoying themselves, excited and playful as kids naturally are. We never interfered with anyone, and we spent around $160 in total. Out of nowhere, an employee or manager stormed in like he was entering a WWE match and barked at us that kids “can’t run around” and “must stay in their course.” I understand rules, but the delivery was completely inappropriate—especially in a space that’s supposed to be about kids’ entertainment. It was dead quiet, no crowd control needed, and the tone felt aggressive and unnecessary. We didn’t say a word in response—not because we agreed, but because we didn’t want our kids to feel anything negative or have their joy disrupted. But honestly, if you're running a business for children, you need to understand children. Excitement is part of the experience. If you can’t handle that, maybe rethink the concept. We were also told the place is only open for two months. With that kind of attitude, I won’t be returning—and I wouldn’t recommend it to families who value warmth, understanding, and a welcoming environment. Show less

I’m very disappointed with our experience at Glowtown on Family Day. I purchased two indoor golf tickets online for my children (both under 12) specifically so we could enjoy a fun Family Day activity together. However, when we arrived, the manager informed us that it should “really only be the kids” going in and not the parents. He said he would allow one parent to go in, but the other parent (my husband) would have to stay behind. This was extremely frustrating and honestly ironic for a business that promotes itself as family-friendly — especially on Family Day. We weren’t asking to participate in place of our kids; we simply wanted to accompany our young children. If there are restrictions on parents entering with their children, this should be clearly stated at the time of booking. It was disappointing to start what was supposed to be a special family outing with unnecessary stress and confusion. I hope management reviews their policies and communicates them more clearly in the future. Show less

The ticket redemption games were very entertaining and actually felt rewarding as we left with both kids able to get what they wanted and more. The girls especially enjoyed the VR, basketball (kids and adult sizes), water spray gun game and air hockey table. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made a big difference.
