Was told the only way they would offer me for my cards was if I submitted them on their website. Went to their website they don’t have anywhere to submit cards for pricing. They were telling me to upload over 300 cards to see their offer but there is no option so my assumption is they don’t want business or the worker that was there doesn’t want to verify cards to purchase. Either way won’t be entering that shop. Plenty of other shops in Fresno that are willing to take my business. Show less

Proceed to the counter to see what kind of pokemon product they have in stock and as i was scrolling thru their inventory the guy behind the counter didnt even asked if i needed help. Bought a card from them online, but was sent a much cheaper rarity. Upon being found out, they demanded that I return the item before getting a refund. Their online shop review is littered with dozens of reports of this exact deception, people not getting their refunds and GoBack dragging their feet... Read more

Bought a card from them online, but was sent a much cheaper rarity. Upon being found out, they demanded that I return the item before getting a refund. Their online shop review is littered with dozens of reports of this exact deception, people not getting their refunds and GoBack dragging their feet/making it difficult. Take trusting them with a grain of salt. edit: someone stepped in and offered a refund without need for return. raising it to 2 stars for the resolution, but it’s still a sketchy situation to not try to make the customer whole first for your mistake. i worry that they bank on customers not realizing or missing the window Show less
