Between the high quality coffee roasted in-house, the relaxed atmosphere, and being a true locally owned company, there's nothing about this place I don't love. I am thankful to have such a great coffee place so close to where I work and live. The kiosk up the street is perfect for my "before work" coffees if/when the need arises. Sometimes people bring their kids in here and let them run rampant because there is a small little section for kids and so parents just let them do whatever (which is odd because coffee shops are pretty known as being spaces where adults come to work) but other... The girls behind the counter on the other hand seemed as if I was bothering them by just being there. An older man walked in behind the counter and mid sentence the girl answering my question just turned around and acted like he was someone important, and I obviously was not. From someone who sadly admits my biggest expenditure is my coffee habit, I'm very sad that they put no emphasis on customer service. A wonderful coffee cafe. Feels very calm inside and good vibes. There was plenty of people inside but it still was quite. There is parking but can be tricky as its pretty full. They were out of sausage and egg when we went so we got bagels and cream cheese. I had the Vanilla Dolce and it was good. The jalapeno scone was good as well but would be better heated up with some butter 😋 Theres downstairs, outdoor and upstairs seating and free Wifi. Its kid friendly there. When my order came out, I didn’t realize they used everything bagel seasoning (I’m allergic to poppyseeds) on the avocado toast. When I went and asked, they said yes but they could remake it for me without the seasoning!! Loveland Irmo used to be my special place for coffee, but I'm not sure if I prefer to go again when I need a really good coffee, as this has happened in my past two visits. This place is super busy almost every time I go. My last visit was on a Saturday around 10:30 am. I ordered a drip coffee with steamed half and half. The coffee was already brewed and available, but it was filled into a to-go cup and placed in an order line. I waited nearly 10 minutes, the coffee was in an open cup waiting for the steamed cream. After 10 minutes, I asked the barista for the coffee and cream separately, so I could mix them myself, but the barista was kind enough to move me up the line and steam the cream and finish the coffee. By this time, the coffee had become warm and lost its flavor. When it came to me, it was flat, lukewarm, and I didn't like it. This is my second time experiencing the same issue. I know the shop is busy and the baristas are working hard, but I care about my coffee and the money I pay for it. So, I will stop going here and prefer the to-go outlet on the other side of the road so that I can at least get a hot coffee. Show less

Loveland Irmo used to be my special place for coffee, but I'm not sure if I prefer to go again when I need a really good coffee, as this has happened in my past two visits. This place is super busy almost every time I go. My last visit was on a Saturday around 10:30 am. I ordered a drip coffee with steamed half and half. The one breakfast sandwich was missing the sausage( it was only an egg and cheese). I took it back to the counter, and they kindly said they would add a sausage patty to it. They brought it back and it was toasted this time which we never asked for. It was hard as a rock. Not even edible. We took it down to ask about it, girl at food delivery counter said it’s normal for that. Loveland is my favorite place locally to get coffee and it has been since the owner, very kind Christian man, was the one running the kiosk on Saint Andrews Road years ago. Today, with my sister is in town visiting, I wanted to take her to my favorite coffee place instead of her usual, Starbucks. my daughter didn’t know what to get so I ordered her a Frappuccino in the flavor that I normally get in a latte and it didn’t have much of a flavor. When I asked the barista about it, she said that it could be the thickening used to make it a frappe. She didn’t seem too happy about me wanting to trade it out and she repeatedly in a matter of fact, way kept telling me what I ordered instead of saying we can give you something different to try. This was my first time experiencing someone the more rude side at Loveland. Also, I really love your hats and I was interested in one as a treat for my birthday coming up, but I was taking it back by the price of them. $35 for a hat that naturally provides advertisement for you unreasonable four your average middle class income family. You should consider lowering the price and count that if you sell more, more people in the community, see your name. The ice vanilla dolce is my favorite coffee in the world so I will continue to be loyal to Loveland when I get coffee outside of my home but today wasn’t the best experience. Also, if you do end up, lowering the price on the hats, I would be happy to sport one for you!!!! God bless you guys for serving the public in the name of the Lord. Show less

Their parking lot stays full but there's an open, grassy spot across the street for overflow parking. Prices are reasonable and selections are plentiful. Personally, I love their Mayan Mocha. It's amazing! And the last time I was there they had pumpkin chocolate chip muffins which were incredible. Seriously good! So give 'em a try. Show less
