We went for the unlimited bowling holiday deal from 11-4pm. We arrived at 1:30pm expecting to bowl until 4pm until they told us we would have to stop at 3pm because they have a party at 4. This defeated the purpose of the deal which was very upsetting considering the price of the bowling. We placed an order for classic buffalo wings and never received them. Over the course of an hour, we checked in with staff multiple times, and they reassured us that they were working on our order. We placed an order for classic buffalo wings and never received them. Over the course of an hour, we checked in with staff multiple times, and they reassured us that they were working on our order. After an hour, we asked one more time, and they claimed they never received our order, contradicting what they said previously, and despite us having prepaid for the food. When we requested a refund, they said they couldn't provide one but that they'd have to email "the sales department" to get a refund issued. This is despite the fact that our friend was issued a refund in the spot after their food was delivered to the wrong lane. Absolutely horrible service. Show less

We placed an order for classic buffalo wings and never received them. Over the course of an hour, we checked in with staff multiple times, and they reassured us that they were working on our order. After an hour, we asked one more time, and they claimed they never received our order, contradicting what they said previously, and despite us having prepaid for the food. I was in SF for a weekend trip, and stayed at the Hyatt Place hotel in downtown SF. I stopped by Lucy Strikes before seeing a late show. IM SO GLAD I DID!!! The waiter was friendly and attentive. I ordered a few drinks and some food🔥🔥 The drinks were delicious and the food made fresh and was super tasty🤤 I let the manager (super friendly and down to earth) know I satisfied I was with my order. I went back the next day to grab a quick bite before hitting the freeway. I would definitely recommend this place for drinks and food. I’ll have to come back to bowl sometime. 😀 Show less
