This is a cool bar. Think barcade from NYC but a different vibe. On entry you are charged $7 from that point on all arcade games and machines are free. While they have a ok number of arcade games later out, they have a section of TV's attached to different systems. N64, SNES, NES, SWITCH and maybe others. Go to the guy at the counter and take any of the huge selection of games for each console. They will ask to hold your I'd until the game is returned. The bar has the default selection but beers are large and not overly priced. Nice starting place to enjoy some fun games with your friends. Show less

A ton of súper cool video games, perfect for a fun experience with friends. Here is the perfect scenario: pick your favorite console in the top corner, hang with your friends, exchange games every half an hour, buy some nice beers, order some food on Uber, you will have such a great time. This is Canada, so everyone is super nice, there are some arcade games too, I personally enjoyed the Game Cube a lot, so I spent a few hours playing Smash and Mario Kart, while eating a burger and drinking some beer, hanging with friends, what else can you ask for? A ton of súper cool video games, perfect for a fun experience with friends. Here is the perfect scenario: pick your favorite console in the top corner, hang with your friends, exchange games every half an hour, buy some nice beers, order some food on Uber, you will have such a great time. This is Canada, so everyone is super nice, there are some arcade games too, I personally enjoyed the Game Cube a lot, so I spent a few hours playing Smash and Mario Kart, while eating a burger and drinking some beer, hanging with friends, what else can you ask for? This may be my new favorite place. 9.50 cover and all games are free. I went with a friend on Saturday evening (1am, technically Sunday). Wasn't too busy as most people seemed to have left to catch the metro. Win for us. Got to play tons of games without lines. The popcorn machine was already off and they weren't going to make more at 1am which was a bummer. I love popcorn. They have proper DDR! not the knock off one. But it doesn't have the classic songs on this version like butterfly. Lots of 90s game. Nintendo. No pinball though. Some games weren't working so there wasn't a shooter for us to play as it was off. Service was a little slow despite not being busy and it was ok, not crazy friendly but not rude. I think My only complaint is they started closing up at 2am even though it says its open until 3 am, I guess cuz it wasn't that busy. I went outside with a friend for some air and came back in and everything but the machines some people were on was shut off and it was 2:30am so we were basically soft forced out. Show less

They have a wide array of retro consoles and arcade cabinets. They have a MAME machine that has loads of arcade games on it. They have NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, and Switch games! You need to give in your ID to take out specific games. They have a PS4 but I think it's out of order. Great music was playing today! Indie / Electronica. Including Kaytranada! The only thing I don't like at the arcade is the bathrooms. The men's room doesn't have much privacy. And the stall lock is very flimsy. Certain days you can get in for free! But it's better if you buy a drink, to support the place. A few weeks ago, I came it was very noisy, due to a competition. I'd recommend coming here early when there's less people. I'm pretty sure you're allowed to bring in outside food, but not drinks, I think! Overall I'd recommend! I come back here often, and always have fun. Show less

Arcade MTL used to be one of my favorite spots. A couple of years ago (2023-2024) I was going almost every weekend to play retro games, and I even made meaningful friends there that I still hang out with today outside of the bar. I brought a new friend on Saturday, February 21st, 2026 at 7:30pm to show her how great the place used to be, but unfortunately I was disappointed with the overall service and noticeable decline in quality. When we arrived, there were no stamps available after purchasing the front-of-the-line ticket, and no one was handling the coat check. We were told to enter and hang our coats ourselves. It felt less welcoming than before, and also less secure since anyone could access the coat area. Several retro setups were missing equipment. There was only one N64 controller available and only one working GameCube controller.. The others were not functional. The table in front of the TVs was very dirty and had to be wiped down before we could play. Some arcade machines, especially The Simpsons cabinet, looked worn and damaged around the buttons. I also noticed that Smash Bros. on N64, one of the most popular games, was missing. When I asked the staff member at the front about the missing game and controllers, he seemed irritated and uninterested, simply saying that everything available was already out. The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable. On a positive note, I appreciated the addition of a music game station (Guitar Hero / Rock Band with guitars and drums). That was a nice. Overall, the atmosphere didn’t feel as warm or well-maintained as it did in 2023 - 2024. The staff seemed tired and disengaged, and for the first time, I didn’t really enjoy my time there. We ended up leaving around 10:30pm. I truly hope this was just an off night, because I know how great this place can be. Show less

It had zero flavor other than vodka until the last 3 sips. The overall theme was cool and I enjoyed the names of the drinks and the games available, but honestly this place couldn't give me a reason to go there over making my own drinks and hang out with friends at home. The overall theme was cool and I enjoyed the names of the drinks and the games available, but honestly this place couldn't give me a reason to go there over making my own drinks and hang out with friends at home. I went here every night while I was visiting the city for Dreamhack, and it was a really good time. All the staff were really nice, the owner even offered to drive me to the airport if I didn't have a way there. All the drinks are really good, and mostly themed around blizzard games. The player area was pretty nice too, and it made it easy to take a break from the party if you needed a breather. The literal only problem I had was that it was a little cramped, but that also added to the intimate feel of the place. All things considered, easily 5 stars. Show less

If you need a cool place to drink and hang out with your friends, this is the spot! Amazing and friendly staff and owner, delicious drinks, great atmosphere and so much to do! On Saturday, February 18th, 2023 my friends and I stopped by to have a few drinks while waiting on the cosplayers from the Rainbow Six Siege Invitational to show up and once we got there we didn’t want to leave! The staff even put our favorite game (r6 siege) on the TVs for us to keep enjoying while we drank. The owner and 2 other staff members came into work to help the poor bartender who had been overrun by our crazy group of people ! Lovely place for dates when there isn’t too many guests. The drinks here are really good and at a fair price, I especially enjoy getting their shots. The gaming experience honestly depends on the day, hit or miss depending on whether the PCs are taken. The staff is great, the bathroom is really clean and smells wonderful. You can bring your own food, which is a 10/10 in my book. There isn’t much actual food options so I’m thankful for that. My only complaint is that lately, my partner and I have been going to the bar at their opening time, but despite waiting for 20 minutes, no one came to open the bar. We found it really strange since it was not on a holiday nor did the website or Google maps page indicate that it was closed or that the hours have changed. We had a couple of these days, so we stopped going ever since. It’s quite far from where we live, and used to be our favourite date spot, so it was a bit disappointing. I do plan to give the place another shot soon, so I’m hoping they open at the right times now. Show less
