Rudest service I have ever seen in a store in general. The employee was very rude, unethical and very Impatient after asking a question. Not helpful with what I was searching. Later I learned that he was the owner. Didn't even stayed 5 min, not because there was nothing to buy, because of the attitude of the owner. It was at a point that i wondered if he was about to go through his small safe spot behind the counter and come attack me you can see he's unstable. First time there and after this terrible experience i will never go back there and will always warn friends and others about that place. Good luck with the business, you need it. Show less

Later I learned that he was the owner. Didn't even stayed 5 min, not because there was nothing to buy, because of the attitude of the owner. Great staff! Totally there to help you with a smile and a story to share if not busy. The store has various table top games and large long tables to host events on a regular basis. Check out their website for dates and times because there are many and they are frequent. For MTG players they sell some complete Uncommon/Common sets and usually have a stash of pre-release kits if interested in something different. They also stock lots of used bundle boxes for card storage. I've scored a bunch of shoe box 1600 dual slot card board storage boxes from them when nobody had them in stock. They also sell old school Nintendo games and it's fun to walk through the section like it was the games section of a video store from the 80s. Show less

Great staff! Totally there to help you with a smile and a story to share if not busy. The store has various table top games and large long tables to host events on a regular basis. Check out their website for dates and times because there are many and they are frequent. Horrible experience, I ordered pokemon cards on May 6th and the website only still showed payment recieved. Haven't received a shipping notifications or even the cards. Sent an email on their contact us and no reply back. Worst case I will chargeback and never order from this site/place again. Not ... Read more

Not sure about what others are saying. I am fairly sure that I dealt with the same owner/employee that everyone else has complained about, but he greeted me when I walked in, was polite, and even had a friendly conversation about games and the selection. I came in as a constantly traveling visitor from out of the country and will often pass some free time in random gaming spots like these, even if it is just to look for new games. This was one of those times when I was just looking for something on the rarer side. They didn't have what I was looking for, but it was uncommon enough that I wasn't bothered, and the staff member was still friendly after knowing they were not getting my business at that moment. I was invited to come back for a table whenever I was in town, and they had a large enough selection of expansions for the games I play to make that a good option. In all, I had a great experience. Edit to add: I did read many of the owner's replies to negative feedback and found many to be somewhat condescending. I know that negative feedback can be hard to take, but maybe just stick with a "sorry for the bad experience. Please come see *insert name* and we'll see what we can do about getting that in stock for you" or something. Negative reviews are not the end of the world, and the good ones show through in the overall rating. That's what led me to your store and a good in-store experience. Don't foreshadow that good in-store experience with your reactions to things that will pass because you might miss out on more people like me and the higher percentage of positive reviews that come with them. Not sure about what others are saying. I am fairly sure that I dealt with the same owner/employee that everyone else has complained about, but he greeted me when I walked in, was polite, and even had a friendly conversation about games and the selection. I came in as a constantly traveling visitor from out of the country and will often pass some free time in random gaming spots like these, even if it is just to look for new games. This was one of those times when I was just looking for something on the rarer side. They didn't have what I was looking for, but it was uncommon enough that I wasn't bothered, and the staff member was still friendly after knowing they were not getting my business at that moment. Big thank you to Shawn for helping me today, he was honest on the cards selected for my Werewolf deck and even helped me with some cards i didnt have knowledge of. Big thank you to Shawn for helping me today, he was honest on the cards selected for my Werewolf deck and even helped me with some cards i didnt have knowledge of. Everything was smooth for the trade and transaction. That being said....the only thing i would complain about and im nitpicking is the organization of the place...it looks a tiny bit chaotic with all the games and cards and items everywhere....my ocd was screaming at me in my head haha. But great experience...i dont live in mtl but if im ever in need and around the area ill make sure to drop by Show less
