RUDE. I went in to ask a simple question about the business next door, as it had a sign on the front that read "Be Back in 10 Minutes" and I sat outside for 20. When I walked in to ask if they could help, I got interrupted before I could even finish and told "they're either smoking a cigarette or using the bathroom." For 20 minutes?? During business hours?? And then when I asked simply if they knew anything of it, I got the most rude response. Never been inside this store, NEVER will. Yuck. Get better help all around. Show less

Terrible customer service and prices George the owner is great , usually worth supporting local businesses but considering how George's son and Michael represent the business i would rather find everything i want cheaper online. Ive been going here for months and had multiple bad experiences. They let you throw the darts but get upset if you ask to try too many or dont end up buying them plus they’ll eye you and your lady. Georges son is especially disgruntled and has terrible hygiene and gives the store a repulsive musk. Yesterday me and my fiancé went there and georges son was the one working. As hes giving me darts to try im asking him a question and he’s deliberately checking out my girl. I tried the last set of darts and said ill pass ill see if i can find the online cheaper. He then got upset and started aggressively slamming his hands and the darts on the counter say “ thats real classy” . Its like if you go to a shoe store to try shoes on and the associates gets mad you tried on shoes and left lol. He kept talking as we were leaving so i turned around and i snapped. Me and my girl left cursing him out. Don’t understand what the problem was and its really ironic he was saying real classy because there is nothing classy about him or he presents himself Show less

Terrible customer service and prices George the owner is great , usually worth supporting local businesses but considering how George's son and Michael represent the business i would rather find everything i want cheaper online. Ive been going here for months and had multiple bad experiences. They let you throw the darts but get upset if you ask to try too many or dont end up buying them plus they’ll eye you and your lady. They have dart boards where you can try out dart sets to see what weight or what flights and such you prefer. The staff are always friendly and love to assist you with your choices and purchases. They have the knowledge when it comes to your selection. The store at times can be a little cramped at peak hours but everyone is friendly in there. Show less

Bit of England Dart & Game Shoppe was a pleasant surprise! We had not shopped here before and assumed it would be a typical shop, the kind where you go in clueless and buy whatever looks cool. So when we went in, we were surprised to learn that they’re much more than a typical shop. Mike helped us that day and made choosing our darts not only easy but a memorable experience. We told Mike what we had been using and what we wanted, he easily knew what we needed and found us both the perfect sets within minutes. My eyes got big when I first saw the dart throwing area, and my jaw dropped when I learned we got to try out the darts before we bought them. As silly as it sounds I thought it was so amazing and helpful to get to try before you buy, especially when you’re wanting to invest a little bit more into a nicer set. I am beyond pleased with my new darts. It was thrilling to see how much I had improved by using the right size. I felt like I had gotten three little magic wands when I won against my husband that night. The victory was sweet. Aside from darts and dart accessories, they sell board games, stunning chess sets, billiards equipment, and more. They’re also very much a community and a place to go spend time. You can practice your throwing technique, or play others who are there. You can also learn a thing or two from their associates to help improve your technique! We will be lifetime customers, there isn’t anywhere else that will live up to the standards that Bit of England has set. Show less

Bit of England Dart & Game Shoppe was a pleasant surprise! We had not shopped here before and assumed it would be a typical shop, the kind where you go in clueless and buy whatever looks cool. So when we went in, we were surprised to learn that they’re much more than a typical shop. Mike helped us that day and made choosing our darts not only easy but a memorable experience. Discs, chess, and much more. Every time is an excellent experience without pushy sales. The difference between the higher end darts and cheap ones is like the difference in any other equipment in sports. You absolutely get what you pay for…per usual. Enjoy! It’s a fun trip. The geezer in there, he knows his onions. I was lookin' for a new set of chucker-uppers 'cause me old ones were a bit '... Read more

Me old china, if you're after some proper arrows, there's a cracking little gaff down the Bit of England. It ain't got no airs and graces, but it's proper good for a few new darts. The geezer in there, he knows his onions. I was lookin' for a new set of chucker-uppers 'cause me old ones were a bit 'arf-and-'arf. He sorted me right out. Showed me a few different sets, let me 'ave a dangle with 'em in the practice board they got in the corner. Proper sound, he was. Got meself some lovely tungsten arrows; they fly straight as a die, sweet as a nut. The prices ain't too bad either, you won't break the bank to afford 'em. All in all, if you need new flights, shafts, or a whole new set of darts, I'd give this place a shout. It's the real deal, me old sausage. Show less
