Since it was released in 2018 finding it was a challenge, no stores had it or online store marked up the price. However VTR gaming not only had it in stock but was charging retail. Thanks to VTR Gaming Iwas able to get my self a set. Thank you! I highly recommend it!. I recommend if you have a store close to you, do a store pick up. I got mine shipped and I thought because there is a store close to me, I would get it with in 2 or 3 days but it took almost a week. Wouldn't recommend doing business with these guys after my recent experience with these guys. I came to them with a massive game collection valued at around 12k with mostly sealed games from one console. Upon inquiring about the value of the collection and if they would be interested purchasing, they asked me to text the provided number, after basically a couple of weeks of going back and forth often being forgotten and having to remind them that I had messaged them to begin with, they asked to only purchase the used games. I said ok and had once again sent them the list of only the used games and then a seperate list of the new ones. They offered around 3k which to me seemed like a good offer for my 6ks worth of used games. I said yes, assuming they meant the used games, however they meant 3k for ALL OF MY GAMES. This was obviously a massive slap to the face considering they had only asked for the used games originally which is why I assumed the offer was just for the used games. Needless to say this was a ridiculous offer for all my games and even decided to be nice and meet halfway at 6k for my 12k in games. Once again they never got back to me. I don't like businesses that play games or try to take advantage of people. I suggest trying a real store that gives you the time of day and doesn't try to pull a fast one on you. Wouldn't recommend doing business with these guys after my recent experience with these guys. I came to them with a massive game collection valued at around 12k with mostly sealed games from one console. This stores employees think that we are theifs. Went to the store to sell my Xbox one and PS4 games, these game were $10-$20 each, the guy said he would take $2 for each and matter of fact the game disk were in excellent condition. After that I thought to buy Xbox one games and the lady in the corner was so rude she was looking at the security camera like we were going to steal the game disks she pointed to the other employee to go check them and see what their doing. The game disk were polished to look like brand new but in reality the game disks are unreadable you can tell this by the white haziness on the disk surface. Avoid this store, there are many other stores that care about their customers. Show less

Only after they finish selling surplus stock do they finally get around to fulfilling pre orders. That is dishonest unethical and unacceptable. To ownership A pre order means the customer expects the product AT LAUNCH not weeks later not months later and certainly not after you have sold it to walk in customers. Every other competent retailer manages this. The fact that you do not says everything. This was my second and FINAL interaction with this business. ⸻ FIRST ORDER MEGA EVOLUTIONS Pre ordered July 13 Launch date September 26 After OVER A MONTH of nothing I emailed them on October 22. I was told the item had already shipped and that the courier was at fault. This was a blatant lie. Any legitimate shipment has tracking the moment a label is created. There was no tracking because nothing was shipped. I was then told it was stuck in delivery and instructed to drive 40 km out of my way to pick it up in store. I did fully aware they were covering for the fact that the item was never shipped in the first place. If it truly had been stuck it would have eventually arrived. It never did. ⸻ SECOND ORDER YES I GAVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE MY MISTAKE Ordered September 13 Launch date November 15 Received January 5 That is NEARLY THREE MONTHS AFTER LAUNCH for a PRE ORDER. Completely inexcusable. ⸻ At this point I seriously question what kind of operation this place is running. The delays alone are bad enough but the condition of the product raises red flags. I ordered two Nintendo games the 24th of November to go with a Switch I’d be giving the kids for Christmas. After two weeks of not hearing anything about my shipment I began calling and emailing with no responses. Finally, a response with a promise to send out that day. One week later, nothing, and so I began calling and emailing again. Then I received a tracking number with details of only shipping label created and package still not sent. Another week goes by and so begins the calling again. I finally reached someone by phone who assured me the parcel had been sent out ( it had not ) and he agreed to send me a replacement to be sure I’d get something before Christmas. He then tells me they sold out of the game I purchased!! I had no choice but to choose another one at same cost. Long story short, one month later I finally got two games in the mail but not the one I wanted. If I had not persisted in following up on my purchase I don’t believe I would have gotten anything!! I know this is a busy time of year but this is unacceptable. If you made a mistake just own up to it. I do not recommend buying from them online. Show less

Recently made a new purchase and I have no doubt that they will deliver it swiftly. When I messaged them about the Pokemon Trainer amiibo and its delay in packaging they responded to me right away and swiftly delivered it on time. The prices are very competitive, clearly they know why they’re doing. They have everything gaming related, new to old, everything. The staff are beyond friendly and the store is massive with a ton of selection. I’ve been to tens of TCG stores but now I mainly go to this one because they’re the nicest, most inviting group of people I’ve met and the prices are the lowest in the area. I highly recommend! The store has a great variety of retro and older-generation games that are fun to look through. On my most recent visit, I traded in several Xbox 360 games for store credit. The owner was very professional and fair throughout the process, and I felt that the trade-in value offered was reasonable. He gave me a good deal on a few sport games I no longer wanted, which helped me get a nice discount on some other games I was interested in. The store has a great variety of retro and older-generation games that are fun to look through. On my most recent visit, I traded in several Xbox 360 games for store credit.
