Ordered cards online for in-store pickup. The order arrived within 2 days at this location. But there were cards missing from my order. The invoice said it was still present and my card was still charged for it. If I hadn't checked while I was there I would have gotten all the way home without what I paid for. They offered to refund me for it But the fact that I was still charged in the first place for something that was not sent to me without even so much as an email telling me that they ran out of stock of this card really leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Don't think I'll be returning. Show less

Nice guy. Customers coming in and out, most known by name as they walked in. The cash prices were paid for my cards were more than fair. I was planning on selling several of the higher dollar cards on eBay, but the prices paid here beat what I could get on eBay, in many cases. Saves me so much time and energy! I’m also about to leave a one star review for a competing store, Friendly Local Game Store. They are horrible. I’m from out of town and came here to play MTG after a work event. This place was the nicest smelling and most professional game shop I’ve been to! They had tons of people playing each event of the day, but were well organized and efficient. The prize support was awesome and they gave away playmate and special dice! Every time I’m back in Jacksonville, this is where I’m coming to play cards and games. Thoroughly impressed and with I could spread the word more places. Or let the owners know about the great staff. I’m from out of town and came here to play MTG after a work event. This place was the nicest smelling and most professional game shop I’ve been to! They had tons of people playing each event of the day, but were well organized and efficient. The prize support was awesome and they gave away playmate and special dice! Drove 30min to sell some cards to the shop. Get inside the store at 6:30pm, someone finally acknowledged my existence 6:32pm and they tell me. “Sorry man, we stop buying 30min before we close. Come back tomorrow at 12 and we can take a look.” Well, won’t be getting my collection of cards zards from 95-2013 and tag teams 😂🤣 there’s a way to do business. Telling someone at 6:32pm that you can’t possibly look through about 35-40 cards is trash business…6:32pm..you close at 7pm 🤯 I guess people need to come in and shout, “ITS 6:30PM, I NEED ASSISTANCE BECAUSE YOU GUYS STOP AT 6:31PM!” 🫡 Show less

I recently sold two large batches of MTG singles (1000+ Cards). 5 stars!!! Sam is a great employee and was very helpful and knowledgable. The owner came over and said hi during my first visit. Nice guy. Customers coming in and out, most known by name as they walked in. The cash prices were paid for my cards were more than fair. I was planning on selling several of the higher dollar cards on eBay, but the prices paid here beat what I could get on eBay, in many cases. Saves me so much time and energy! I’m also about to leave a one star review for a competing store, Friendly Local Game Store. They are horrible. Cool Stuff is the store you want to do business with, or just go hang out at. 5 BIG STARS Show less

Nice guy. Customers coming in and out, most known by name as they walked in. The cash prices were paid for my cards were more than fair.
